Pretty big ride today with about 1150 metres (3800 feet) of climb. Pretty gran viaje hoy con cerca de 1150 metros (3800 pies) de ascenso. There are several ways up Le Saleve. Hay varias maneras de Le Saleve. Living on the North/West side of the mountain, I had never climbed the opposite side. Le Saleve provides us with great hiking and cycling directly from our house - but it blocks the view of the Alps. I went to le saleve today and…i didn’t expect so much people and traffic! Fui a le saleve y hoy… yo no esperaba tanta gente y el tráfico! Wow, usually I meet 4 or 5 cars in the ascent…but sunday it’s not the same quiet col: awful, polluted, rows of cars. Wow, por lo general me encuentro con 4 o 5 coches por el ascenso… pero Domingo no es la misma tranquila col: horrible, la contaminación, las filas de coches. You are exactly right. Usted es exactamente la derecha. the Saleve is far less interesting during the weekend because of tourist traffic. el Saleve es mucho menos interesante durante el fin de semana a causa de tráfico turístico.
It is a bad idea to climb Col de la Croisette from Collonges or Annemesse. Es una mala idea para subir Col de la Croisette de Collonges o Annemesse.
