Col du Feu
By Will • Aug 6th, 2006 • Category: Climbs, CyclingFriday I made a map of all the nearby the rides in my cycling books that I haven’t yet done. I noticed I seldom ventured towards Evian.
So Today I attacked the closest top rated ride from home: The Col du Feu.
Its fairly short – but steep enough. So I decided to climb both sides. At the top of the Col there is a little road that goes a few kilometres and a couple of hundred metres higher to Très Mont.
Overall a very nice route – although the views of Lake geneva were mainly obscured by the clouds and mist .
