Fastest Heart Rate of the Year

After wet weather and being under-the-weather kept me to 4 off days, today I was raring to go. I joined up with two young guys from a cycling team who attacked every hill. OUCH! At full effort, I was actually slightly stronger than one guy and a little weaker than the other. But my heart rate reached its highest level and the longest time at such high rates ever. TIRED but satisfied.
