Nature TV “Prince of the Alps” Photo Contest

While I am not a great photographer, sometimes the beautiful environments in the Alps allow me to take some good photos.

In May, Doreen and I spent three days cycling around Gstaad, Switzerland. Someone saw one of the photos and invited me to enter the PBS Nature – Television “Prince of the Alps” photo contest.

And the photo placed in the top 10 – sort of cool.

It was the only photo with a person in it. But who can resist Doreen?

    Congratulations! This is way better than when I won “Photo of the Week” at WCP with a picture of Australians walking up the Alpe d’Huez with a large plastic kangaroo.
