There are several great climbs in Zermatt - home of the Matterhorn.  This ride up to Sunnega is relatively short with steady and fairly steep grades until it flattens out near the top. 

The views - especially of the Matterhorn are stunning.  The day I climbed this, I biked to Sunnega and met Doreen (yho took the funicular up) and we continued hiking further up wo a mountain hut for lunch.
