Famous for the eponymous cheese, Beaufort is one of the best bases for fabulous climbs in the north French Alps. Famosa por eponymous o queijo, Beaufort é uma das melhores bases para a fabulosa sobe no norte francês Alpes.

The plan was to cycle up Col de la Joux Verte. O plano era para o ciclo de Col de la Joux verte.

I knew the road was still closed, but it’s been so warm we thought with mountain bikes that we’d be OK. Eu conhecia a estrada ainda estava fechado, mas ele foi tão quente que pensávamos em montanha motos que tínhamos ser OK.

High above Lake Annecy - It’sa magnificent and tough climb - and frankly today I suffered near the top. Alto acima Lago Annecy - É um magnífico e dura subida - e hoje eu francamente sofrido perto do topo.

I am not yet fit or light enough for the July Tour d’Enfer. Eu ainda não estou apto ou luz suficiente para a julho Tour d'Enfer. But at least the injury seems almost OK. Mas pelo menos a lesão parece quase OK.
