Misschien de beste drie dagen van (uitdagend) het cirkelen heb ik ooit gedaan. Zelfs kon een lousy fotograaf als me niet helpen maar neemt sommige grote beelden - het is hier paradijs.

Col. du Galibier via Col. du Telegraphe is de grootste klim in Frankrijk in termen van hoogteaanwinst. Ik kan aan de basis van Telegraphe van huis in een uur vijfenveertig krijgen - aangezien het net naast een autoroute - snoepje begint.
