There is a Grande Randonnée (GR) hiking route along the top of La Vuache and someone had recently asked me if it was do-able by bike. We almost had enough for a peleton today as Eric joined Martin, Barry, and I for the first time . I have always avoided any sort of formal cycling training. Ho sempre evitato qualsiasi tipo di bicicletta di formazione formale. I just have little desire to do the sort of regimented sessions that I read about in training books.
