High above Lake Annecy - It’sa magnificent and tough climb - and frankly today I suffered near the top. Alto acima Lago Annecy - É um magnífico e dura subida - e hoje eu francamente sofrido perto do topo.

I am not yet fit or light enough for the July Tour d’Enfer. Eu ainda não estou apto ou luz suficiente para a julho Tour d'Enfer. But at least the injury seems almost OK. Mas pelo menos a lesão parece quase OK.

Le Semnoz is the huge mountain on the west side of Lake Annecy. Le Semnoz é a enorme montanha na parte oeste do lago de Annecy. I have climbed it many times from the South side via St Eustache and Col des Leschaux, but today was the first time using the direct route from Annecy - starting near the hospital.
