A lessor known but very challenging climb south of Chambery. Un bailleur connu mais très difficile montée au sud de Chambéry.
It reminded me a lot of it's neighbour Cela m'a rappelé beaucoup de son voisin Collet d'Allevard Collet d'Allevard - but harder. - Mais plus difficile. Relentless and very steep, on a mediocre quality but deserted road, through the woods and then above the treeline with great views. Relentless et très raide, sur une qualité médiocre, mais la route déserte, à travers les bois et puis au-dessus de la limite des arbres avec de grandes vues.
At the top is a parking lot and absolutely nothing else. Au sommet, un parking et absolument rien d'autre. Not even a sign! Pas même un signe! But nearby are some pretty huge mountains and the hiking above looks amazing. Mais certains sont très proches d'énormes montagnes et les randonnées pédestres au-dessus de porte incroyable.
There are a few really big holes and bad stretches in the road. Il ya quelques très gros trous et s'étend dans la mauvaise route. It's worth paying attention on the way up, to avoid disaster on the way down. Il vaut la peine de prêter attention à la hausse, afin d'éviter des catastrophes sur le chemin vers le bas.

10.5% gradient sections - ouch. 10,5% gradient sections - ouch. The switchback on the photo looks painful. Le Switchback sur la photo ressemble douloureux. How would I love to conquer this one. Comment puis-je l'amour à la conquête de celui-ci. Sign or not! Signe ou pas! It's worth it just for the views I would reckon! Ça vaut la peine juste pour les points de vue, je pense!
