Warming up?

The Weather forecast said -7 Celsius for the morning and warming up to -2 C in afternoon. So, despite having all my gear on early, I waited, stuck my toe outside, and waited. Eventually my courage arrived. Much nicer today, with less wind. Quite a few side roads and paths still uncleared and all roads narrower (with ice and snowdrifts) so still pretty treacherous. But enjoyed todays ride.
