Some days I feel like I am on empty. But some days I just feel strong. Today: I attacked every hill, I kept getting out of the saddle, and I kept feeling strength in my legs. What a buzz! I am exhausted now but feel great. It’s worth remembering the recovery day yesterday – it definitely worked it’s magic. Today was my biking equivalent to a “runner’s high.”
